7. Payment Terms

By purchasing a subscription to AI HCM, you agree to:

• Pay all fees accrued according to the pricing plan selected
• Billing occurs on the date you subscribe and on each subsequent renewal date
• Automatic renewal continues until cancellation
• Refunds are not available except where required by law

8. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused portions of your subscription.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by AI HCM, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI HCM and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or costs resulting from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

11. Termination

AI HCM may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you violate any provision of these Terms or engage in conduct that violates laws or infringes upon the rights of others.

AI HCM reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or any features or functionality, at any time with or without notice. We will notify you of material changes via email.
